JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A preschool teacher for Bullerbyn Preschool, Storvik, ages 3-5 years. There are four departments for children aged 3-5 years, a large yard, a large movement room, and an atelier.

A preschool teacher for Trollflöjtens Preschool, Gästrike Hammarby, ages 1-2 years. Trollflöjten has two departments that collaborate a lot during the day, a large beautiful yard, and departments with many opportunities.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for:

• Planning, leading, and implementing teaching based on governing documents and goals.
• Following up and analyzing the teaching to ensure that the operations develop in the right direction, as well as evaluating the teaching with a focus on strengthening preschool quality.
• Being responsible, together with other preschool teachers, for leading, collaborating, and developing teaching both in the department and in the work team. The collaboration is based on factuality, objectivity, and good communication with both colleagues and guardians.

Expectations as a preschool teacher:

• You are a clear and engaged leader for both children and colleagues. You have the ability to adapt the work and teaching methods according to all children's different conditions and needs within the frameworks of the operations.
• You have a professional and committed approach to children's opportunities to explore, test, and develop their abilities and interests. You create good relationships characterized by mutual respect and positive expectations.
• You work with clarifying pedagogy where structure, routines, as well as AAC and TPC are integrated parts of the teaching.

We expect you to be familiar with:

• the preschool's governing documents
• pedagogical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Preschool teacher degree and preschool teacher license.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your experience.
