The position is a permanent employment with a 100% workload. Start date is to be agreed upon.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and analyzing teaching in accordance with the curriculum and applicable governing documents. Teaching is adapted based on students' different conditions and needs, focusing on clear structure, predictability, and relationship-building.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Planning and implementing teaching with special adaptations and extra support
• Creating safe, structured, and accessible learning environments
• Working with documentation, follow-up, and analysis of students' development
• Contributing to pedagogical investigations and action programs
• Collaborating closely with student health, special educators/special teachers, and school management

You are an active part of the work team and contribute to the school's joint development work as well as a safe and stimulating school environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher with excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and experience working with special adaptations and extra support. Experience teaching in small groups or working with students in need of special support is an advantage.

• Have the ability to plan and adapt teaching based on each student's individual needs
• Create clear structure, predictability, and use adapted learning tools, preferably alternative and complementary such as visual support and digital aids

• Have a high degree of patience, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Are relationship-building and establish trusting relationships with students
• Are reflective, solution-focused, and see students' strengths, motivation, and hope for the future
