Språngbrädan is a study program for young adults (20-30 years old) who, for various reasons, have not succeeded in traditional schooling. At Språngbrädan, students are offered the opportunity to complete their primary and secondary education. Our students receive individually tailored study plans based on their needs and circumstances. Subject studies are combined with the organization's own profile subjects to make a lifestyle change possible. Språngbrädan collaborates with Läroviken in Sandviken (adult education). We are looking for a qualified licensed primary school teacher in Swedish and mathematics, thus eligible to teach in adult education. As a teacher, you will be part of a small work team where everyone has clear areas of responsibility. As a team member, you will also be involved in other work areas, i.e., our profile subjects Dream Garden, Kitchen Week, Life Skills, Atelier, and Fun Fridays.

You should have a big heart and be equipped with energy and a positive outlook on life to meet our students. You should be a person who wants to make a difference and uplift our young adults who carry a backpack filled with destructive experiences. You should feel committed to the development of the organization and be open to regular collaboration with, among others, Läroviken. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
