Description

We are looking for a licensed teacher in after-school care who is calm, structured, and resilient under stress.

You are prepared to take on varied tasks and have a genuine and passionate interest in the mission of after-school care.

You have a good ability to prioritize, are solution-focused, and take initiative. You are used to having a holistic perspective, see what needs to be done, and act in the best interest of the students. We place great importance on good collaboration skills, a professional approach, and a positive attitude.

You have a strong commitment to the students' development and learning, see opportunities, are flexible, and dare to try new methods. At the school, we conduct active and effective student health work where special educators, special teachers, social pedagogues, ICT pedagogues, student counselors, curators, and school nurses collaborate closely with other educators.

Responsibilities

Stenhamreskolan has about 265 students, of which approximately 120 are enrolled in after-school care. The after-school care is organized into two departments – one for preschool and one for grades 1-6.

Your role includes planning and implementing educational break activities and developing the after-school care's operations together with colleagues. You will also provide support to the school's classes during the school day. The position is a vacation position.

Teacher's degree with a focus on after-school care or after-school pedagogue degree
