We are now looking for a certified teacher for middle school who wants to contribute to creating an inspiring and developing learning environment.

You will be part of a professional team and play an important role in the students' early school years.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in middle school, you will:

• Be responsible for teaching and creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching according to applicable governing documents and curriculum.
• Collaborate with other staff at the school to develop and improve the school's operations.
• Work to create a good working environment and a positive atmosphere for both students and staff.

You will also actively contribute to the school's development through your engagement in pedagogical work and collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher. You preferably have a broad qualification, but it is not a requirement. You have a strong commitment to supporting students' development in their schooling.

You have the ability to:

• Engage and support students in their individual learning journeys.
• Work according to the goals of the curriculum and ensure that teaching is well-planned, implemented, and documented.
• Collaborate effectively with students, guardians, and colleagues, and be a good role model for both students and staff.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with documentation in Unikum, as well as experience with the school's governing documents and can apply these to follow up and develop the pedagogical activities.
