We are looking for an experienced administrative project support consultant for a larger construction and civil engineering project in the Stockholm area. In this role, you will work closely with project and construction management during the production phase and be a vital part of ensuring that the project adheres to the schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

The first step of coding and reviewing invoices in Agresso. Management and administration of documentation: minutes, notifications, questions from contractors, revision memos, protocols, vouchers, and, if necessary, filing. Updating the contract sheets of the contract.

Support to construction management in: Monitoring requirements, conditions, and the progress of the contract. Ensuring control plans are in place and that checks are performed and documented. Monitoring that final documentation from the contractor is submitted on time. Administration related to testing, contract, and commissioning inspections, deliveries, and handovers. Documentation for re-invoicing to third parties. Administrative support in meetings and documentation related to intrusion processes.

Qualifications (mandatory requirements)

University degree. At least 5 years of documented experience from construction and installation projects, of which at least one project included handover. At least 3 years of documented experience working as PING in a client organization. At least 2 years of documented experience in construction and installation contracts. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Preferred experiences

At least 2 years of experience in financial monitoring. At least 3 years of experience in KMA work (quality, environment, and work environment) in construction, rail, or installation contracts.
