About us

Villa Iris is a residential care home for girls aged 13-17, with substance abuse issues. Villa Iris is located in a rural area between Hörby and Sjöbo.

We are looking for new hourly substitutes who can step in occasionally as needed.

About the role

Your main responsibilities include:

• Care in the form of direct treatment work
• Participation in investigative work
• Network contacts
• Documentation and development work

We work with evidence-based methods, primarily focusing on clear pedagogical approaches.

The work takes place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Salary is according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date is according to agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, have good energy, and are flexible and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and teamwork skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. A background check will be required before employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Be in training to become or be a qualified social educator, treatment educator, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have experience in treatment work at a residential care home
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have good computer skills as documentation is extensive
• Have a B driver's license for a manual car. You also need access to your own car to get here.
