About the assignment

Our client, operating in the banking sector in Gothenburg, is looking for a competent HR consultant for a part-time assignment of 50%. The assignment is expected to start at the end of January or the beginning of February and last for about three months. The assignment offers a flexible working situation with the possibility of both on-site work in Gothenburg and remote work by agreement.

In the role of HR consultant, you will:

• Support the bank in adapting processes and routines according to the new Salary Transparency Directive.

• Develop and implement strategies for salary mapping and create a sustainable working methodology for this.

• Assist the organization in the selection and implementation of a new system support for salary mapping.

Your profile

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience as an HR consultant, preferably in change management, salary mapping, and system implementation.

• Are accustomed to analyzing and improving processes and creating long-term solutions for organizations.

• Have a good understanding of HR processes and the ability to see the big picture in an organization.

• Have the ability to work independently and drive projects forward in close dialogue with the client.

• Have good communication skills and thrive in an advisory and driving role.

If you have previously worked in the banking or finance sector, it is a plus, but the most important thing is your experience and ability to quickly understand the client's needs.
