Who are we?

Devoote AB is an IT consulting company specializing in software development and IT Management. We have qualified as a Gazelle company in both 2018 and 2019 and have a vision to continue growing, including by establishing ourselves in more locations.

We are a company of 30 people with an office in central Malmö. At the office, we are a small close-knit team that works across boundaries. Today, the team consists of our CEO and a recruiter, and we are now looking for another recruiter who can contribute to our continued growth journey. Our consultants are usually placed on assignments with our clients, but we prioritize always having a close dialogue with them to maintain our good relationship. In addition to great freedom and the opportunity to influence your work, we have a fun workplace that does a lot together. We organize consultant events, lunches, and activities every month to maintain our team spirit.

What will you be working on?

Your days will be varied, but your main tasks will consist of headhunting and recruiting with responsibility for scheduling interviews and matching consultants to assignments. You will also collaborate with other consulting companies, do CV selections, phone screenings, negotiate prices, and work on our employer branding. Furthermore, there will be room for your own initiatives, driving your own projects, and future ideas.

Since we are a relatively small company, you will be involved in several parts of the company with a great opportunity to influence your position. Over time, your role may also include other tasks and responsibilities depending on where you want to go.

Who are we looking for?

The role of junior recruiter requires that you are self-driven, proactive, and have good social skills. You are the first contact for our candidates and therefore an important representative for us! Since you have great freedom in your work, we would like you to be creative and come up with new ideas. We also value that you are driven and have a high work ethic, although we of course ensure that you have a reasonable workload with us.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in recruitment and search, but the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude – we will solve the rest along the way! Experience in IT and consulting is a big plus.

Other

We envision that you will start the position in early January 2025, but of course, there is some flexibility around that! Initially, the position can start part-time, but the idea is to move to full-time after 2-3 months.
