About the Position

We are currently looking for an Invoice Administrator for our client in Landskrona who wants to contribute to both the development and efficiency of processes. The role includes responsibility for invoicing completed service work and ensuring that this is done according to instructions and agreements. You will have a broad contact area with customers and service technicians regarding follow-up and ensuring that the invoicing documentation is correct. The role also includes maintaining customer portals and related administrative tasks.

Currently, the team consists of three Invoice Admins and two Contract Admins. The training period will take place on-site, after which there is the possibility to work remotely one to two days a week by agreement with the immediate manager.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment until June 30, starting immediately. There are good opportunities for extension or direct recruitment.

About You

To thrive in the role of Invoice Administrator, it is beneficial if you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. Since you will have many points of contact, good communication skills are important, and you should enjoy collaborating with others. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Important for the position:

• High school education with a focus on economics or equivalent knowledge
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant field or similar role, as well as previous experience working in business systems
• A basic understanding of economics
• Very good Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Meritorious for the position:

• A post-secondary education with a focus on economics
