Do you want to be part of creating real change in people's lives? We at Yrkescentrum are looking for an engaged Recruiter/Job Coach with sales experience to join our team in Malmö.

We are looking for a person who is good at making contacts, has a lot of drive and commitment, and wants to work with recruitment and match our participants to jobs or education within the Employment Service's service 'Rusta och Matcha 2'.

Communication skills:

• You have an easy time making contacts
• You are communicative, persuasive, and confident in customer meetings.
• You build trust and networks with both customers and colleagues.

Sales experience:

• You have previous experience in sales and understand the importance of thinking solution-oriented.
• You are results-oriented and enjoy working towards high-quality standards.

Service and business focus:

• You are attentive and put the customer's needs at the center.
• You apply Yrkescentrum's methods and working methods to ensure high quality in the service.
• You are meticulous and structured when it comes to following up on participants' development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
• You have very good skills in using computer-based programs such as word processing and presentation tools, email, and the internet.

• You manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus and always deliver with quality.
• You are self-driven and have a strong drive to achieve set goals.
• You are a humble team player who turns words into action.

You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

Yrkescentrum works according to a structured model with a focus on new employment for our participants.

Through focused and individual coaching, we help our applicants clarify needs and conditions and create the materials required for effective marketing of the individual and their competencies.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop existing customer contacts and actively approach new customers.
• Conduct individual meetings with participants to support and guide them in their processes.
• Handle administration, planning, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Plan and conduct lectures and workshops.

You will work as the sole responsible recruiter/job coach at our office but will be part of a helpful and supportive team of employees at Yrkescentrum's other offices.

We view positively applicants who have the ambition to develop within the company, but you must already meet the eligibility requirements for the position.

Competency requirements

Option 1

You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)

You have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

You have at least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:

• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Career and study guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career counseling

Employment conditions:

The position is 50%, with working hours Mon-Fri. No remote work.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
