About the role

We are looking for operational support for our client to strengthen their team during 2025. The team plays a central role in the organization and is responsible for:

• Procurement and contract management
• Monitoring and development of operations
• Implementation and improvement of work processes

The role is varied and involves both relieving the team in daily tasks and contributing to the development and documentation of work processes. You may also have the opportunity to work across departments, participate in process mapping, and further develop areas such as:

• Management and follow-up of penalties
• Follow-up of audits and sustainability goals
• Self-checks and similar tasks

This is an administrative role with a strong focus on development and improvement.

Who are you?

We see that you have the ability to quickly understand new tasks and situations. You are a person who:

• Is calm, methodical, and structured
• Has good IT skills, especially in Excel, and preferably experience working with management systems
• Is meticulous and can express yourself well in both speech and writing
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys handling change
• Has an eye for creating order and clarity
