We at Poolia Malmö are looking for a driven student who wants to combine studies with a developing part-time job. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, competitive, and loves to create satisfied customers, candidates, and consultants. If you are studying and have at least two years left in your education, are flexible, and ready to contribute to our successful team – then this is for you!

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will support our consulting managers and recruitment consultants in their daily work. Some of the tasks we see that the role will involve are:

• Create and publish job advertisements
• Screen and review CVs
• Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews
• Administer applications and assist with practical tasks
• Schedule interviews
• Search for candidates
• Reference checks

Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in the recruitment process, and as you grow into the role, you will learn more parts of the recruitment process. You will be part of an engaged and collaborative team that always aims to deliver the best possible results.

The position is a part-time employment based on our needs, where the number of hours varies from week to week. We are located in beautiful offices in the middle of Gustav Adolfs Torg in Malmö together with our company colleagues QRIOS and Uniflex.

Who are you?

To be considered for the position, you must be studying and have at least two years left in your studies. Furthermore, we see that you have experience from service professions such as retail, restaurant, or sales. As a person, you are competitive, meticulous, and flexible. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling changes. You are both unpretentious and professional.
