In international healthcare, we have a recently digitized benefit with processing and integration with other EU countries. We continue the digitization to ensure that citizens receive correct compensation faster and to save time for the case workers.

Tester, Development, Agile Working Method, Scrum Master

We are looking for you who are a software developer with a focus on testing and have experience in test-driven development and test automation. You have the ability to quickly understand various issues and see the bigger picture. If you are an agile leader ready to take responsibility for driving our agile development forward, you also have the opportunity to take on the role of Scrum Master in a newly formed team. We are looking for someone who sees teamwork as a given, has good collaboration skills, and thrives in our environment where knowledge sharing is a natural part of the work.

As a software developer with a focus on testing, you will work with test-driven development. We see that to succeed in the role, you need to have a strong focus on quality, as well as improve and streamline the quality assurance of our systems. You who are applying have good experience as a tester in automated testing or are a developer with several years of experience in test automation and are interested in a role as a tester. To succeed in the role, you also need to have experience in database management and test data. You will work with both frontend, backend, and interface testing. To thrive with us, it is important that you have good analytical and problem-solving skills. If you also take on the role of Scrum Master, your task will be to coach the team to an efficient working method and ensure that the team and stakeholders work according to agile principles. As a Scrum Master, you will also collaborate with various management functions to plan the development work and visualize the team's forecast.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you who will work with us have a high security awareness.

We are looking for you who

• have a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
• have experience in technical testing and test automation
• have experience in testing methodology in a Java-based environment
• have knowledge of installation and integration
• have knowledge of SQL and test data
• have experience working in an agile manner
• act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
• have a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• have good communication skills, both spoken and written
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you

• have experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• have experience as a Scrum Master
• have experience in test-driven development
• have knowledge or experience with container technologies such as Openshift, Docker, or Kubernetes
• are certified in testing, for example, ISTQB
• are familiar with DevOps principles and tools.
