Description

Timrå municipality is now looking for an IT developer who wants to contribute to the municipality's increased focus on digitalization.

You will be centrally located at the Municipal Executive Office and report to the municipality's IT and digitalization manager.

As an IT developer, you play an important role in ensuring that the municipality's IT operations meet the needs for IT support and in developing effective and high-quality support systems, as well as contributing to a data-driven working method.

We have a hybrid working model where we have the privilege of being able to work remotely on certain days when the work allows.

About the role

In the role of IT developer, you will, among other things:

• Develop our data warehouses within BI and create educational visualizations of the municipality's data. Thus, you will contribute to a data-driven operation.
• Develop operational support systems.
• Participate in the implementation of AI within Timrå municipality.
• Analyze and identify integration needs.
• Create sustainable integration solutions.
• Support in more complex technical troubleshooting.
• Be technically advisory during system implementations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an IT developer with several years of experience and have deep expertise in:

• Various programming languages, such as Python, C#, C++, Javascript, and SQL.
• Database management and development within, for example, Microsoft SQL and MySQL.
• REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and queue management.

It is advantageous if you have experience from Data Warehouse, data modeling, and BI systems such as Qlik or Tableau.

You have a good ability to understand the needs of the business and translate these into technical solutions. Your strong interest in technology drives you to constantly strive to learn new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront.
