In international healthcare, we have recently digitalized a benefit with processing and integration with other EU countries. We continue the digitalization to ensure that citizens receive correct compensation faster and to save time for the case workers.

System Analyst, Agile Working Method, Scrum Master, Development

We continue to grow and are now looking for you who are a software developer with a focus on system analysis. You have the ability to quickly understand various issues and see the big picture. If you are an agile leader ready to take responsibility for driving our agile development forward, you also have the opportunity to take on the role of Scrum Master in a newly formed team. We are looking for someone who sees teamwork as a given, has good collaboration skills, and thrives in our environment where knowledge sharing is a natural part of the work.

As a System Analyst, you will be the link between the business and the software developers. You work in development teams and support the backlog work by conducting requirement investigations and detailing the requirements so that the team can carry out their development. You are proactive in breaking down development needs and creating conditions for planning and monitoring system development by creating a requirement specification that is possible to estimate and prioritize. Together, and in close collaboration with the Product Owner, you ensure that the backlog is updated and prepared for sprint planning. You create maintainability by maintaining product documentation of the system's behavior and properties. If you also take on the role of Scrum Master, your task will be to coach the team towards an effective working method and ensure that the team and stakeholders work according to agile principles. As Scrum Master, you will also collaborate with various management functions to plan the development work and visualize the team's forecast.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has experience in requirement management
• has experience in breaking down backlogs
• has experience working agile
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• have experience as a Scrum Master
• have experience or knowledge of container technology such as Openshift, Docker, or Kubernetes
• are familiar with DevOps principles and tools.

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
