About the Position

We are currently looking for a skilled support technician for an IT Helpdesk at our client in Sundsvall. The Helpdesk department is responsible for user support for the client's employees. As a technician, you are expected to work closely with your colleagues to ensure a fast and professional user experience through their support channels. The team currently consists of about 7-8 employees with high technical competence. The role is a consulting position for 6 months with the possibility of direct employment with the client in the long term.

Your Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities are:

• Manage incoming cases via portal, email, phone, and on-site.
• Follow SLAs according to their Incident process.
• Provide support via remote tools for their Client Computer Service.
• Provide on-site user support as needed.
• Establish documentation for internal processes.
• Handle installations and orders of computers and conference equipment.
• Actively participate in the team's development and improvement work.
• Capture and relay business needs to other groups within the IT department.

Requirements

Experience in:

• Technical support for at least 1 year
• Office365, Active Directory.
• IOS, Windows.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
