About the job

As an App Developer, you will play a key role in developing and improving our mobile applications. You will work closely with our technology team and be responsible for creating high-quality and user-friendly app features that meet our customers' expectations. You will be part of an app team that works according to SAFe and uses MS Azure DevOps. The role involves contributing to optimizing the performance and usability of the apps and ensuring that the apps comply with the latest security standards and guidelines.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and maintaining mobile applications on the Android platform
• Collaborating with other Android developers and designers in your team as well as other development teams to ensure a cohesive and appealing user experience
• Optimizing the performance and usability of the apps
• Updating and improving existing apps with new features and enhancements
• Ensuring that the apps comply with the latest security standards and guidelines

Who are you?

The following will make you successful in this position:

• At least 8 years of experience as a developer
• Experience in app development for the Android platform
• Deep knowledge of mobile development technologies and tools, such as Kotlin and React Native
• Understanding of user-centered design and usability
• Ability to take responsibility for the entire work process from implementation to testing and release
• Experience working with API integrations and third-party libraries
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

It is also a plus if you have:

• Experience with Compose, MVVM, Figma, SAFe, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with technologies such as Restful APIs, BDD, TDD, Clean architecture, and Feature toggling
• Understanding of microservices architecture and ability to work with cloud services
• Experience in test automation for mobile apps
• Experience in frontend development for web with JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, React
