At the IT department, exciting development work is underway, with several major reforms that combine the renewal of technology, processes, and skills.

In our system development, we use, to name a few - distributed microservice architecture, container platforms, Java, JavaScript frameworks, MQ, .Net, and SpringBoot.

We work with both custom-developed and standard systems, and right now we are building a completely new system support for the Transition Study Support.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT architect at CSN, you work closely with the business and are responsible for ensuring sustainable IT solutions over time. An important part of your work is to participate in and drive the transition to new technology with a focus on web architecture while also ensuring security and stability.

With a good IT architecture, the business is offered stable platforms to operate from. You identify and evaluate the requirements for building modern, cost-effective, and flexible IT support. You will have an important role and collaborate with several teams and colleagues at CSN, as holistic thinking and shared understanding are crucial for CSN's success.

Together with teams and colleagues, you work and contribute your knowledge and experience to visualize, define, and create solutions with a focus on the web. You should also have an interest and willingness to actively contribute to deliveries. When developing new solutions, you ensure integration with others to form complete IT support.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Higher education, university, or vocational training in IT such as computer engineering or system science. Alternatively, work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Several years of relevant experience in web development and web architecture in a leading role such as lead developer, software architect, and/or solution architect.
• Several years of relevant experience and understanding of all phases of the development process.
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, e.g., Angular / React / Vue.
• Several years of relevant experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of English.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience in architecture and design for microservices.
• Understanding of web accessibility.
• Experience with CMS tools.
