Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes approximately 20 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse about 250 billion SEK each year. It is the taxpayers' money we manage. This is a significant responsibility. Therefore, we think innovatively and use the latest technology to simplify and improve, develop and deliver IT services for the Swedish social insurance system. Planning, Coordination, Responsibility, and Development
As an IT coordinator with us, you will be responsible for the whole, lead innovation, and future-proof our IT structure. You will also have the opportunity to influence through collaboration and receive continuous personal development. This is a role where you constantly learn new things and challenge yourself. You will coordinate and optimize our entire IT infrastructure. From ensuring that our systems run smoothly to creating and implementing long-term solutions that support our business goals.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has knowledge and understanding of goal management as well as time and resource planning
- can quickly grasp various issues and see the big picture
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have
- experience in building trust and creating good relationships with clients
- experience or education in finance, budgeting, or forecasting.

Other
A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. Remote work may be possible if the work allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Sundsvall.
