About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will work with IT support and hardware service for a specific client. You will assist the client with various IT-related problems and challenges/tasks. This can involve everything from installing new computers, managing account unlocks, upgrading software to troubleshooting existing computers' hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and a service-oriented mindset. It is a varied and developing role for those who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.

Who Are You?

You have a genuine interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to provide first-class service. To be successful in this role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges.

If you have previously worked as a technician, are proficient in Swedish and English, and hold a B driver's license, we believe you have the right qualifications to match the role.
