About the Position

We are currently looking for a skilled IT technician for our client in Sundsvall. The department is responsible for user support for the client's employees. As a technician, you are expected to work closely with your colleagues to ensure a fast and professional user experience through their support channels. The team currently consists of about 5 employees with high technical competence. The role is a consultancy position where you will be employed by our client on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities are:

• Handle incoming cases via portal, email, phone, and on-site.
• Follow SLAs according to their Incident process.
• Provide support via remote tools for their Client Computer Service.
• Provide on-site user support as needed.
• Establish documentation for internal processes.
• Manage installations and orders of computers and conference equipment.
• Actively participate in the team's development and improvement work.
• Capture and relay business needs to other groups within the IT department.

Requirements

• Experience with Office365, Citrix, and Active Directory.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
