Are you looking for a career in IT where you can develop and grow while making a difference for others? We at Office are looking for a junior support technician who wants to enhance their IT skills and help our customers solve IT problems.

What will you do as a support technician?

With us, you will work in a fun and stimulating work environment with varied tasks. You will be an important part of our close-knit support team, and your main task will be to work with user support, primarily Microsoft 365 and our customers' IT environments.

Most cases are handled via phone, email, or chat – but sometimes there is also technical work on-site with the customer.

You will be part of a national but familiar organization and will work closely with the support team in Härnösand. A team where we support each other, share knowledge, and laugh together – every day.

You will make a difference in our customers' everyday lives – Is there anything better than the feeling of having helped a customer with a tricky problem?

Who do we think you are?

You don’t need to have several years of experience – we are looking for someone with the right attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for helping others. Perhaps you recognize yourself in some of these points:

If you have already worked in IT support, that’s a plus, but it’s not a requirement.
