We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician for one of our clients for a temporary assignment during the summer between weeks 25 and 35. During this period, you will be an important part of the client's support team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily IT services.

Your main responsibilities

In the role of IT Support Technician, you will work in a helpdesk function where you provide technical support to both internal and external users. Your main tasks include phone support and staffing the service desk as well as on-site IT support at the client's premises. You will handle cases in a system based on ITIL processes – event, incident, problem, and request, where you work with technical support for workplace-related IT, primarily within Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Exchange.

The role also includes troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, and email, as well as assisting users with digital meetings. You will update user information in Microsoft Active Directory and provide external support for the client's e-services via phone. Documentation and knowledge transfer to the client's internal staff are also an important part of your work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working in a service desk or helpdesk and who has a good technical understanding, especially within Windows environments and Microsoft products. You are used to working according to ITIL processes and have a good ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing.

You have a strong sense of service and a solution-focused approach.

The assignment starts by agreement and is full-time with placement on-site at the client.
