Cash Administrator Wanted for Leading Car Manufacturer

We are now looking for a Cash Administrator for one of the world's leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles in the premium segment. Responsibilities

• Handling manual payments and receipts
• Finalizing and partially amortizing contracts
• Responsible for uploading payment files
• Making bookings and reconciling accounts
• Contact with dealers

In the role of Cash Administrator, you will report to the Team Lead for Cash Management. You will work closely with your colleagues in the administrative work towards the Nordic markets. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will also assist with other administrative tasks and act as an internal service function. You are responsible for contributing to ensuring that our client's premium services maintain high quality.

Who are you?

• Academic degree in finance, or a high school diploma in economics with relevant work experience
• Several years of experience in similar tasks
• You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
• Good computer skills, preferably in Excel

We see that you are passionate about finance and administration and possess the ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner. You are a service-oriented person with good communication skills. Furthermore, you are a flexible team player who also has the ability to work in a structured way. To thrive in this role, you are analytical, have good self-leadership, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The assignment is temporary for about 12 months but with good opportunities for extension with our client in Sollentuna. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant and access to a gym.
