About the role

As a customer support representative, you will be an important part of the team and handle a variety of tasks. You will:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Register and manage orders, handle discrepancies, and update customer records.
• Answer questions about invoices, products, services, and prices.
• Create and send quotes and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working hours & scope:

• Full-time during the summer (weeks 26–32) with the possibility of part-time work in the fall.
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00, weekdays
• The workplace is located in Kallhäll and you will work on-site.
• Start: as soon as possible

We are looking for someone who:

• Is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and can handle many tasks simultaneously.
• Has experience in service roles and good phone skills.
• Has good system skills and can work in business systems as well as MS Office.
• Has excellent command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative work.
