About the position

As a Service Administrator, you will work closely with parts sales, service booking, and other functions within the company. You will handle new customer registrations, internal/external customer contact, and service via phone, email, and in-store. Additionally, you will process payments from customers in the store, manage invoicing issues, hand out pre-ordered spare parts, code invoices, and register service agreements.

About you

For our client Zeppelin, we are now looking for a dedicated and social problem solver who will work when existing staff are on vacation in the role of Service Administrator. If you enjoy interacting with people and are structured in your work, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!

As a Service Administrator, you will have a central role in our operations. You will be responsible for managing coding, invoicing, and accounts receivable, making it important that you have previous experience or studies in finance. Being familiar with these areas will facilitate your transition into the role and enable you to quickly get started with your tasks.

In addition to financial knowledge, it is also important that you have good communication skills and are familiar with various IT systems, including MS Office. You will be in contact with both customers and colleagues via phone, email, and in-store, so it is important that you can communicate clearly and professionally.

The summer position runs from the beginning of May to the end of August 2025 and is full-time. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, allowing you to enjoy the sunny summer days outside of work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone currently studying finance, particularly in areas such as coding, invoicing, and accounts receivable. You should have good knowledge of various IT systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel), and be accustomed to following processes. As a Service Administrator, you are expected to be very customer-oriented and service-minded, with excellent communication skills. You should be social, open, and self-driven with good problem-solving abilities and structure in your work.
