Additional information: The position is based on-site at our office in Gothenburg. The office is located in the newly built Citygate in Gårda. The tallest office building in the Nordics, with a lovely view over Gothenburg.

What does it mean to work as a recruiter with us?

We are now looking for a recruiter for our CoRE team in Gothenburg. Here you get the chance to work with Gothenburg's nicest crew in CoRE, who have a high ceiling and have fun both at and outside of work. We believe in learning from each other, sharing experiences, and creating success through collaboration.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for several parts of the recruitment process and contribute to finding the right candidates for our customers' needs within Blue Collar and White Collar areas. The role offers a broad introduction to the recruitment profession and the staffing industry.

Examples of tasks:

• Writing and publishing job ads
• Conducting selection processes and reviewing CVs
• Holding phone interviews with candidates
• Scheduling interviews between candidates and consultant managers
• Providing feedback and handling rejections to candidates
• Searching and headhunting candidates via various channels
• Working proactively with candidate networks and talent pools
• Participating in improvement and development work within the business
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure high quality throughout the entire recruitment process

We think it is important that you get a good start with us, so you will receive a thorough introduction where you, among other things, will learn several different systems and how to perform your tasks in an efficient and quality-conscious manner.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and have a genuine interest in people, recruitment, and service. You thrive with many contact surfaces, work in a structured manner, and like combining administration with candidate contact and relationship-building work.

Requirements for the position

• Completed education as an HR specialist or another university or college education relevant to the position
• Good system familiarity and ease in learning new digital tools
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working in service or customer service!
