Försäkringskassan has a crucial societal mission. We develop our case processing with a focus on individuals' diverse needs and conditions. Simultaneously, we work to prevent crime and misuse of the social insurance system. The FV department provides economic security to persons with disabilities by deciding on and paying out benefits such as care allowance, additional cost compensation, car support, disability allowance, next of kin allowance, and infectious carrier allowance.

Business Development, Development, and Management

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing Försäkringskassan's vision and business idea. You are also responsible for identifying development needs and translating them into concrete activities.

The role involves monitoring and staying well-informed about current societal developments relevant to Försäkringskassan, and analyzing potential consequences for the business based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks, contributing to committees, business planning, and annual reports. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

• have a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• have experience from working within business development
• have very good knowledge of change and development processes
• have good experience participating in projects and various forms of collaboration

• bring innovative ideas and solutions that promote development

• have experience from working in a similar business area

• have experience in process development
• have knowledge of AI related to business development.

Other Information

One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. Some positions involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
