We are now looking for a colleague to join our legal business support team within the Permits & Rights unit.

The unit consists of approximately 55 employees who, among other things, work on securing new permits and rights for power lines, which are prerequisites for the company to build and maintain the power grid. As legal business support, you will support the unit nationwide – from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south.

This is a specialist role where you function as the unit's legal expert support. You do not work operationally in projects but support the business with complex legal issues related to permits and land access.

As legal business support, you work broadly and advisory with legal issues within the unit's area of operation. You play a central role in translating law into practical solutions for the business.

You will primarily:

• Provide support and advisory services on legal issues within the unit
• Be primarily responsible for legal advice within the unit
• Monitor and influence the development of the examination of concession and land access cases
• Participate in external collaboration forums with, among others, authorities
• Contribute to legal horizon scanning within the unit's mandate
• Negotiate cooperation agreements with municipalities and other landowners
• Act as a consultative body when drafting new and modified contract templates within the unit's area of operation

Requirements

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience working with legal issues related to land access, cadastral procedures, land formation, or land and development issues
• Hold an academic degree in law, surveying, or a corresponding field.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license
