Responsibilities

As a Land Manager with us, you will be responsible for the ongoing work with lease agreements for agricultural areas. The work involves practical problem-solving of property issues from both a legal and technical perspective, carried out independently as well as in a group together with competent colleagues. You will also work with negotiating contract terms, drawing up other lease agreements, supervision cases, and following up on rectification requests.

The Lease and Emphyteusis Unit consists of 18 engaged employees and is characterized by community and lack of hierarchy. The unit's employees primarily work with various types of land grants on the city's land.

Previous experience with leases or land management is not a requirement for the position as the complexity of the tasks varies, and you will receive good support from experienced colleagues. There are good opportunities for development in the role.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• An education from the Land Surveying program or another education including property law
• A driving license (Category B)

The following are meritorious:

• Experience in practical contract management
• Experience in negotiation and customer contacts
• Experience working with digital mapping systems and detailed plans

The person we are looking for has a systematic approach to work, high IT competence, and is easy to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in the role, you need to take initiative, be solution-oriented, and driven. You take responsibility for the work moving forward, whether you are working independently or with others. You will have many contacts, both internal and external, which means you need to be communicative and have the ability to convey information and ideas clearly. You have good collaboration skills, a strong sense of service, and a welcoming attitude.
