We are looking for a confident and experienced Payroll Consultant for a position in Gothenburg!

Start: September (with some flexibility) for a duration of 6–9 months.

About the role: You will be responsible for the payroll process for approximately 500 employees, primarily white-collar workers but also unionized staff. The payrolls are outsourced, meaning you will play a crucial role in ensuring high quality in the delivery from the external payroll partner through reconciliations, controls, and follow-ups.

Your profile: To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have several years of experience working in outsourced payroll environments with high volumes. Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of SDWorx.

We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new tasks and contribute with their expertise. You are structured, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and appreciate working in an environment where quality, collaboration, and flexibility are key success factors.
