In collaboration with our client, a leading international company headquartered in Gothenburg, we are now looking for an HR Coordinator with a focus on international mobility. In this role, you will work broadly with advisory and administrative tasks related to cross-border employee transfers. You will become an important part of a competent team with a global reach and significant responsibility for ensuring smooth transitions for employees moving between different countries.

About the Role

In the role of HR Coordinator, you will support the organization in matters concerning employees' transitions between different countries, both temporary and permanent relocations. This is a role with great variation where you work both operationally and consultatively – from handling administrative flows to providing support and guidance to managers and other HR functions regarding compensation issues, establishment in a new country, practical moving matters, and coordination with external parties.

You will work closely with colleagues in Gothenburg as well as international teams, primarily in Europe. The role also involves collaboration with external specialists in areas such as tax issues, insurance, and relocation. You will be responsible for following up on cases, coordinating between several stakeholders, and ensuring that all parts of the process maintain high quality and comply with policy.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or similar
• Has previous experience from a broad HR role
• Is confident in working independently with both administrative tasks and advisory support for managers
• Has very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with many contact points

To succeed in the role, we see that you have an interest in working in a global context where regulations and processes often vary between countries. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have an easy time building good collaborations with both internal and external actors.

Experience from a previous HR role with a focus on international mobility, compensation/benefits, or global coordination is considered an advantage.

About the Position

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed as a consultant by OIO. The assignment is for 12 months.
