Your Responsibilities
Are you a leader who is passionate about making a positive impact together with staff for patients with hematological and gastroenterological diseases? Then this is your opportunity to truly make a difference! We are looking for a passionate colleague who will play a central role on our ward and strengthen the staff in their development.
We are looking for you who want to contribute to the development within the Medical Clinic and work for the continued development of Ward 58 and the Hematology Clinic.
As a Ward Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of engaged colleagues and staff who work to improve the unit's quality and patient safety work. For you as a new manager, we offer a manager induction program and favorable opportunities for further development within the managerial role.
Based on the operations' goals, you are responsible for the economy, work environment, staff, and driving quality and improvement work. You are part of the Medical Clinic's management group. Follow-up of the work is done together with the Operations Manager. As support in your work, you collaborate with your fellow ward managers, as well as financial controllers and HR consultants.
Your Knowledge and Competencies
We would like you to have experience of leadership and development assignments within healthcare. Education within healthcare is an advantage. You are driven and accustomed to working both independently and in teams. As a person, you need to have the ability to listen to your employees, give feedback, and provide support in daily leadership and management. You are a good communicator with the ability to motivate your employees, analytical, and problem-solving. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
