About the Role

As CEO of WIPAB, you will have overall responsibility for further developing the company through clear, present, and business-driven leadership that creates continued development, engagement, and profitability.

WIPAB stands on a solid foundation with a strong reputation, long-standing customer relationships, and high technical competence. The company is now entering its next development phase, focusing on creating continued growth, broadening the business, and developing operations through a more structured approach.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Strengthen commercial activities and develop new business opportunities.
• Create clearer management through relevant goals, KPIs, and follow-up.
• Further develop the organization, leadership, and distribution of responsibilities.
• Drive improvement work that increases efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness.
• Ensure continued high quality and delivery capability.
• Contribute to the company's long-term growth and value creation.

You will work closely with the board and owners while having significant operational responsibility and a clear mandate to lead daily operations.

About You

We believe you have experience from a leading role in manufacturing industry and thrive in a business-close role where commerce, production, and customer relationships go hand in hand. You have a strong commercial drive and are motivated by developing both the operations and the business.

As a leader, you are secure, communicative, and engaging. You combine entrepreneurship with structure and have the ability to create engagement, draw out ideas, and help people grow together with the business. You enjoy switching between strategic issues and present operational leadership, driven by turning ideas into concrete results.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience from a leading position in manufacturing industry.
• A strong commercial drive and experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing businesses.
• Good understanding of economics, margins, and operational management.
• Experience leading change and improvement work.
• The ability to create structure, clear goals, and relevant follow-up.
• A leadership style characterized by engagement, participation, and accountability.

About WIPAB

WIPAB is a well-established industrial company with long experience in qualified sheet metal processing and manufacturing for industrial customers. Through high competence, long-standing customer relationships, and a strong focus on quality, the company has built a stable position in the market.

Since the beginning of the year, WIPAB has been owned by Dorward Group and FBM Consulting. Together, the owners have a clear ambition to further develop the company through continued growth, strengthened operational management, and long-term value creation. At the same time, it is important to preserve what has made the company successful – the entrepreneurial drive, high flexibility, and customer-close working methods.

The current CEO is retiring after many successful years in the business. We are therefore looking for a new leader who wants to build on the strong foundation that exists and, together with owners and employees, take WIPAB into its next development phase.
