Do you want to lead a business where technology, business, and people meet every day? We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Site Manager for our service facility in Karlstad.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for our service operations in Värmland, based in Karlstad. You lead an engaged team consisting of mechanics, field service managers, and administrative staff.
Your mission is to create conditions for an efficient and profitable operation where safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development are in focus. You report to the Regional Manager South and are an important part of the region's continued development.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and develop employees and operations
- Responsible for budget, results, and profitability
- Ensure high quality in our service delivery
- Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Plan and follow up on work within the workshop and field service
- Drive improvement work and efficient working methods
- Responsible for working environment, safety, and compliance with our processes
Who Are You?
We believe you are a confident leader who thrives on taking responsibility and creating results through other people. You have experience leading operations with personnel and budget responsibility, preferably within service, technology, construction, vehicle, or workshop industries.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have a strong business drive and good understanding of how a service operation creates profitability
- Are engaged, proactive, and structured
- Have the ability to build trust with both employees and customers
- Enjoy a daily routine where you combine operational issues with strategic development work
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience from technical service operations is a merit.
