We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take a central role in this development.

The Role – Real Business Responsibility

As a Project Manager with us, you are responsible for and drive:

• a project portfolio of approximately 40–70 MSEK per year
• contracts in the size range of 1–100 MSEK
• the customer relationship – commercially, strategically, and long-term

But what really defines the role is how you work. You do not drive projects yourself – you drive them through others. You:

• lead and develop your site managers and teams of varying sizes
• create structure, direction, and clear prerequisites
• ensure that projects maintain both business and quality standards
• are responsible for contracts and economics

You are the link between production, the customer, and the company, and you always have an eye on the future: What is the next project? How do we build the team further?

About You – You Who Are Already There (But Want More)

We are not primarily looking for potential – we are looking for you who already have weight in the role. You currently work as:

• Project Manager / Contract Manager
• or a senior site manager with clear overall responsibility
• alternatively, you run a smaller company within construction/infrastructure

You have:

• experience with contract agreements (ABT 04 and ABT 06, AMA)
• worked on projects of relevant size and complexity
• understanding of the connections between production, economics, and business

You want:

• greater influence on the business
• to be closer to decisions and participate in management group work
• to shape your own team
• take real responsibility – not just for a project, but for the whole picture

You are confident in your competence and leadership and do not need to assert yourself – people follow you anyway. You:

• take responsibility without waiting for instructions
• are business-minded and straightforward in dialogue
