About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's business, economy, and organization. Your main task is to ensure profitability and growth through active sales and market processing, clear financial management, and engaging leadership. You work close to the business and operationally with the market and sales, while leading and developing the operation in close dialogue with the owners and the board, together with your organization.

Your areas of responsibility

Market & Sales

• Drive new sales and develop existing customer relationships
• Responsible for customer visits, quotation work, and tenders
• Lead RFQ processes and work with pricing
• Negotiate prices with customers and suppliers
• Monitor customer profitability and business development

Economy & Follow-up

• Overall profit responsibility
• Business calculations and financial analysis
• Collaboration with the company's financial controller

Management & Organization

• Personnel responsibility and management of the company's management group
• Lead internal communication, culture, and engagement
• Ensure efficient resource and capacity planning together with the company's operations manager

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with or are curious about the CEO role
• Have experience in a managerial role and leading through other managers/leaders
• Have a background in transport, logistics, or similar B2B operations
• Have experience in sales and marketing management in a B2B operation
• Have good financial understanding and habit of working with profit responsibility
• Have a B driver's license
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

You are a confident, non-hierarchical, and action-oriented leader with a strong business and result drive. Your high relationship competence is crucial both internally and externally, and you have a good ability to navigate the interplay between owners, the board, and the organization.
