Sun Maskin & Service is now looking for a CEO who wants to combine business, sales, and leadership in a company with great growth potential. Here you have the opportunity to build on a stable operation with long-term customer relationships, high technical competence, and a clear ambition to grow from today's approx. 60 MSEK to 100 MSEK in revenue.
We are looking for an present leader with a high business drive. A person who can combine strategic thinking with a sense for business and who wants to create conditions for both people and operations to develop.

About the role
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's continued development, growth, and profitability. You lead the operations with a clear business focus and work actively to develop both the organization and the offering to the market.
The role is broad and varied. One day you work with strategic choices and financial follow-up, the next day you meet customers, negotiate contracts, or support the organization in operational issues. Sales is a natural part of the assignment and you are responsible for some of the company's most important customer relationships yourself.
You become an important culture carrier who creates engagement, builds responsibility, and develops an organization where more people can take greater responsibility as the company grows.
Examples of tasks
In the role, you will among other things:
- Lead the company's continued growth and development towards set business goals.
- Be responsible for budget, result, cash flow, and overall business management.
- Drive and develop sales towards strategically important customers.
- Negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Build and develop cooperation with suppliers and partners.
- Develop organization, working methods, and processes for a more scalable operation.
- Coach and develop managers and employees through a present leadership style.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and other industry activities.

We are looking for you who have experience leading an operation where business, people, and results go hand in hand. You are a leader who creates trust and engagement by being present, responsive, and clear. At the same time, you have a strong business sense and are driven by developing both the operation and the people around you.
You thrive in an environment where decision paths are short and where you get to combine strategic issues in close cooperation with an active board with operational work. For you, it is obvious to continue meeting customers and driving business even as CEO.
Industry knowledge is meritorious, but we value your leadership and business understanding higher. If you have a genuine technical interest and a desire to understand the customers' operations, you will quickly get to know the company's products and services.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
- Have experience of result responsibility for a company or business unit of corresponding size.
- Have worked as CEO, business area manager, regional manager, site manager, or in a similar leading role.
- Have documented experience of creating growth and improved profitability.
- Have a strong business drive and experience of B2B sales of technical products or services.
- Are used to combining strategic work with operational leadership.
- Have experience of personnel responsibility, budget, and financial follow-up.
- Have a good ability to build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
About Sun Maskin & Service
Sun Maskin & Service is a leading supplier of workshop equipment and service services to the automotive industry. The customers are located throughout Sweden and include, among other things, brand workshops, vehicle inspection, workshops for heavy vehicles, vocational schools, as well as government agencies.
Through high technical competence, quality products, and a strong service offering, they have built long-term relationships with some of Sweden's largest players in the industry.
In recent years, the company has grown from approx. 45 to nearly 60 MSEK in revenue and taken market shares in a relatively stable market. Now they are facing the next growth journey where the goal is clear – to further develop the company through more business, more services, and a continued strong customer focus.
