Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and engaged payroll consultant who wants to work closely with our customers and create efficient, secure, and high-quality payroll processes.

In this role, you will work with payroll administration, advisory services, and system support, ensuring that payrolls are handled correctly and in accordance with current regulations. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and colleagues in a role where quality, service, and long-term relationships are the focus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage payroll processes from start to finish.
• Ensure correct handling of laws, agreements, and regulations.
• Work in the payroll system Agda PS.
• Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of payroll processes.
• Report to various authorities.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience in payroll work.
• Has experience with Agda PS.
• Has good knowledge of payroll administration and payroll legislation.
• Is structured, meticulous, responsible, and self-starting.
• Has a strong service orientation and thrives in an advisory role.
• Has good communication skills.
• Collaborates well with others and has a team spirit.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Merits

• Experience with the Agda PS payroll system.
• Experience in a consultant role or customer-facing work.

Location

We are based in Stockholm, but the role is fully remote.

Employment

The employment starts from October 1st or as agreed.
