We are now looking for substitute teachers for grades F–6 (preschool class to grade 6). Working with Pamoja in schools is fantastic. Pamoja is Sweden’s largest agency for school substitutes. We have agreements with numerous schools and offer a wide variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can choose to work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you’ll be handling will be agreed upon during your onboarding. After that, you are always personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

You manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you whenever needed – before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement and will naturally receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do we require?

• You hold a teaching degree or another university-level degree, or are currently studying, along with at least 6 months of experience in school teaching or other pedagogical work. You take responsibility, show initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you are expected to honor the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days per week (if you’re a student, at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your work.
