With Pamoja, you work freely and securely. This role is perfect for anyone looking for a flexible part-time job. You have full control over your calendar and can make changes until 11:59 PM the day before your shift.

How it works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You decide how much and how often you want to work. Your specific tasks will be agreed upon during onboarding, and you are always personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage everything easily through our smart app. You also have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after each shift. Work with confidence under a collective agreement, and receive thorough onboarding before you start.

What do you need?

• A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• Experience in teaching or lecturing, or prior experience working with children and youth in preschools, primary schools, or other educational settings.
• Relevant subject knowledge in the area you will be teaching.
• Ability to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Full flexibility to manage your calendar – but you must commit to the shifts you book.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week (students need at least 1 day per week).
• A strong desire to be a positive role model for everyone you interact with in this role.
