With Pamoja, you work with both freedom and security. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible side job. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

How it works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you prefer. The specific tasks will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will then be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage everything easily through our smart app. You’ll always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you before, during, and after shifts. Work with confidence under a collective agreement. Of course, you’ll receive a thorough onboarding before you start.

What we’re looking for

• A high school diploma or childcare certificate.
• Experience working with children/students with neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism) is preferred but not required.
• Take responsibility, show initiative, and be willing to collaborate.
• You have great flexibility to change your schedule, but you must honor the shifts you confirm.
• Available at least 2 days a week (1 day/week for students).
• Be a positive role model for everyone you work with!
