We are hiring teachers and substitutes – from Shakespeare to spoken word

We are looking for experienced teachers and substitutes in Swedish. Whether you're exploring Shakespeare's literary treasures in the library or hunting down the latest spoken word poetry online, you navigate both worlds with ease. You bring the knowledge and experience needed to understand what matters moving forward, but above all, you love teaching!

How it works

You often work on short notice (sometimes the same morning). You decide how much and how often you want to work. We will agree on your specific tasks upon hiring, and you will always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Everything is managed easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after each shift. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do you need?

• A high school diploma.
• Experience in teaching, lecturing, or working with children and youth in preschools, primary schools, or other educational settings.
• Relevant subject knowledge for the courses you will teach.
• A proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
• Great flexibility to adjust your schedule, with the commitment to honor booked shifts.
• Availability to work at least two days per week (students need only one day per week).
• A desire to be a positive role model for everyone you interact with professionally.
