With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for you if you're looking for a part-time job with great flexibility. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

How it works

You often start on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you'll be assigned will be agreed upon when you're hired. You are then personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you whenever needed – before, during, and after your shift. Work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you'll receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do you need?

• You must have a high school diploma or a childcare certificate.
• Experience working with children/students with neurodevelopmental variations (NDV) is preferred but not required.
• You are responsible, proactive, and willing to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you must commit to the shifts you accept.
• You need to be available to work at least 2 days a week (If you're a student? Then at least 1 day/week).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your work!
