With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for those seeking a part-time position with maximum flexibility. You can adjust your schedule right up until 11:59 PM the day before your shift.

We are now looking for someone to work in after-school care for children from preschool class through grade 6. Your day often begins in the classroom, supporting teachers. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to after-school activities centered around social interaction, including play, physical activity, and creative projects.

Pamoja is Sweden’s largest provider of school substitutes. We have agreements with numerous schools and offer a wide variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage your work easily through our smart app. You’ll also have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. Work with confidence under a collective agreement, and receive thorough onboarding before you start.

What you need

• A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• Experience working with children and young people in preschools, schools, or other educational settings. You should be ready to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate well with others.
• You have great freedom to adjust your schedule – but you must commit to the shifts you accept.
• Availability of at least 2 days per week (if you are a student, at least 1 day per week).
• A desire to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in this role!
