This fun stuff you will do daily

Here at TB-Group, you will have a varied and responsible job with a strong focus on your customers, business, and candidates. We have niche-focused our strategy and are unique in how we work with recruitment – we see the candidates as our most important client.

In your role as a recruiter, you work as a partner to our customers. You help them get the right candidates into the process, which can often be a bit tricky. Here you have full freedom to think outside the box and test your way to see which paths work best for you! This is how we generally work; we test our way to see what we can improve, and we also learn from what doesn't work.

More concretely, you will:

• Create specifications together with your customers
• Search for suitable candidates
• Contact candidates and conduct phone interviews
• Book meetings between your customers and candidates
• Continuously follow up on processes with both customers and candidates
• Regularly review your customers' recruitment needs

Who you are

You might wonder if you fit this role? You likely do if you are a social person who loves making contact with new people and building long-term relationships. Since the role will involve many contact points with both customers and candidates, it is important that you are not afraid to pick up the phone or send that email. It is also important that you feel comfortable with and see the value in planning and structuring your work.

For us, your personal qualities are truly among the most important. Therefore, we do not have many strict requirements; relevant work experience is sufficient. In addition, we require that you have good communication skills and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is a bonus if you:

• Have experience in recruitment within the IT or construction industry
• Have previous experience working with sales
• Have previous experience with search

Start date: By agreement / September 2026

Scope: Full-time, 12 months with a good chance of extension

Location: Central Stockholm

Salary: 25,000 – 32,000 SEK / month including commission. Base salary will be based on previous experience.
