About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for an HR consultant for one of our clients, a central government agency. You will be based at the office in Stockholm, with some possibility of remote work.

Your responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you will work closely with the agency's managers and provide qualified support on various personnel-related issues. The role combines operational HR work with administrative processes and the development of working methods, contributing to efficient HR processes and professional support for managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support and advice to managers regarding employment law, recruitment, and workplace environment/rehabilitation.
• Handle administrative HR processes and HR systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure high-quality HR support for the operation.

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you are service-oriented, communicative, and have a professional approach. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. At the same time, you are receptive, easily build trusting relationships, and enjoy collaborating with both managers and colleagues. You are solution-oriented and contribute to a developmental and quality-conscious HR work.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Documented experience in employment law, recruitment, and systematic work environment work
• At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work
• Ability to communicate fluently in both speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience in HR work within a government agency

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-02-28. Start date 2026-09-01.
