About the assignment

At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier for the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an HR Consultant for an agency in Stockholm.

The agency is currently in need of an HR Consultant. As an HR Consultant, you will primarily work with providing advice and support to the agency's managers in areas such as employment law, recruitment, and systematic occupational health and safety work/rehabilitation. You will also handle operational administrative processes and systems within the HR area. You will become an important part of the agency's work and contribute to developing and simplifying HR processes.

For this role, we are looking for you who are driven, self-motivated, and communicative. You are confident in your knowledge and find it easy to collaborate with others.

Requirements for the position

• relevant academic degree
• documented knowledge in employment law, recruitment, and systematic occupational health and safety work
• at least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work, preferably within the public sector
• good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

Qualifications for the position

• experience in similar work at a government agency.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time during the period 2026-09-01 – 2027-02-28. The location is at the agency in Stockholm, with remote work possible by agreement.
