About the role We are currently looking for an HR Consultant for a government agency in the Stockholm area. The assignment primarily involves supporting and advising the agency's managers on areas such as labor law, recruitment, systematic work environment management, and rehabilitation. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling operational administrative processes and systems within these areas, as well as contributing to the development and streamlining of the agency's HR processes.

The HR unit consists of five employees and is led by the HR Manager. The HR unit is part of the Business Support Department.

Assignment period and scope The position is a full-time consultancy role, starting on 2026-09-01 and expected to run until 2027-02-28.

The work is primarily performed at the agency's office on Kungsholmen. Remote work may be possible upon agreement.

Requirements for the role:

• An academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Documented experience in labor law, recruitment, and systematic work environment management.
• At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Experience in HR work within a government agency.
